No Refund Policy
All tutoring session payments are non-refundable. Once payment is made, refunds will not be issued regardless of whether sessions are attended or completed.
This policy exists because:
- Time slots are reserved specifically for you
- Preparation work is done before each session
- Other students may be turned away for your reserved time
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
24+ Hours Notice
Your session can be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show
The session fee will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for arriving on time to sessions, being prepared to learn, and putting in the necessary study work between sessions. Success requires commitment from both the tutor and the student.

All materials provided during tutoring sessions are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Financial Advisor Exam Tutors is not liable for any exam results or outcomes. Tutoring services are provided as educational support only.
